  • Merger recombining Quest Resource Corporation with its publicly traded production MLP and its privately held midstream MLP.
  • NorthWestern Energy’s acquisition of approximately 600 producing wells and two connected gathering systems with more than 400 miles of pipeline in Montana.

These issues usually involve interstate matters before the FERC but also can involve intrastate issues in various states.
