Overview
Haley assists clients in a wide range of business and intellectual property litigation matters, working on complex disputes across various industries. She guides clients through all stages of the litigation and regularly handles patent, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, and copyright actions in federal courts nationwide.
Haley honed her legal skill through a variety of experiences, including serving as a judicial law clerk for the North Dakota Supreme Court as well as serving as a summer associate for two multi-service regional law firms in North Dakota.
In addition to her legal work, Haley has a passion for exploring the world. Originally from Canada, she broadened her horizons by studying abroad in the Netherlands and has now visited over 20 different countries.
