Logan utilizes his degrees in law and business to assist in business litigation matters.
Logan speaks both law and business. As a summer associate at Stinson, Logan researched and drafted memoranda regarding discovery materials in complex litigation, an argument about enforcing a liquidated damages clause, and a motion for judgement on the pleadings and suggestions in support for a quiet title action. Logan also worked as an in-house legal intern in one of the largest private companies in North America, where he gained invaluable insight in how to best serve corporate clients. He has additional experience in the public sector, where he worked as a strategic planning intern with the City of Olathe.
