Overview

Logan’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, serving clients from a broad array of industries. Logan has litigation experience in oil & gas, railroad, real estate, product liability, title insurance, and more. He has significant experience in discovery and motion practice in both court and arbitration. Logan started his legal career as an in-house legal intern in one of the largest privately owned companies in North America, where he gained invaluable insight in how to best serve corporate clients.

Experience

Logan assisted in obtaining a ruling from the Indiana Supreme Court which set a critical precedent in Indiana upholding the distinction between successor liability in asset sales versus stock sales.

Logan was the lead associate in a high-value real estate arbitration that resulted in unanimous finding in favor of Logan’s client.

Logan assisted in obtaining a landmark ruling from the North Dakota Supreme Court on the issue of oil royalty calculations based on standard form lease language.

Logan has been the lead associate on multiple title insurance litigation cases.
