Stinson Advises Spire Inc. in Connection with its Sale of Spire Marketing Inc.

Stinson LLP advised Spire Inc. in the sale of its gas marketing business, Spire Marketing Inc., to Boardwalk Pipelines, LP for $215 million in cash. The transaction closed on April 30, 2026.
