Stinson Establishes Infrastructure Task Force to Support Clients

Press Release
03.08.2022

Stinson LLP has established an Infrastructure Task Force in response to the growing number of client inquiries regarding the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act signed by President Biden in the fall of 2021.

The task force is designed to assess impacts on various industries and provide efficient responses to inquiries regarding programs and projects to be funded under the legislation, applicable guidance on proposed regulations, and the processes and timeframes to obtain funds.

"Stinson's Infrastructure Task Force will help enhance our clients' business and operational growth by positioning them to maximize economic development opportunities under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act," Partners and Infrastructure Task Force Leaders Aimee Davenport and Roy Goldberg said. "The Task Force will assist in navigating state and federal requirements and in streamlining processes required to obtain public funds – competitive grant funding cycles, environmental reviews, accessibility requirements, federal 'grant assurances,' nondiscrimination rules, financial reporting, fiscal management criteria and government contract execution. Understanding how to effectively work through these aspects is key to our clients' benefiting from this $1.2 trillion investment and, ultimately, in realizing their true growth potential."

The Infrastructure Task Force leverages the firm's bench strength of nearly 450 attorneys across 12 locations. Stinson Infrastructure Task Force members include:
