Infrastructure Task Force

Stinson LLP's Infrastructure Task Force is designed to support our clients effectively maximize economic development opportunities under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and mitigate risks inherent in government-funded projects.  The task force is comprised of attorneys across our 12 office locations who have a wide array of expertise and experience in matters relating to environmental regulation, transportation, public finance, construction, federal, state and local government contracting, tax, energy, international transactions and intellectual property.

Stinson's attorneys are well-suited to navigate federal, state and local requirements related to the receipt of public funds, equipping the task force with the knowledge and resources to streamline procedural and legal processes tied to public funds to facilitate the renovation of our nation's infrastructure.

We counsel local governments, public and private utilities, and companies and non-profits serving as government contractors, grant, or agreement recipients throughout large-scale development, cleanup, and infrastructure projects.
