Eight Attorneys Elected to Partnership at Stinson in 2026
Stinson LLP has elected eight attorneys to the firm's partnership, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The newly elected partners come from five of the firm's 16 offices and represent three of the firm's practice divisions.

The firm's new partners are:
Kansas City
Cara McLaughlin represents lenders, investors, developers, and community development entities in complex loan transactions, with a focus on tax credit and impact financing. She has significant experience with a variety of financing structures, including New Markets Tax Credits, and advises clients on real estate and financing transactions from origination through closing.
Minneapolis
Daniel Jensen advises clients on commercial real estate and corporate matters, including acquisitions, financing, development, leasing and the sale of retail property. He takes a practical, deal-oriented approach to complex transactions, helping clients manage risk and efficiently execute their projects.
Amy Johns focuses her practice on estate planning and wealth transfer matters, including charitable giving, trusts, probate, and estate and trust administration. She also advises individuals and families on business succession planning and complex tax considerations.
Claire Williams advises clients on state permitting, regulatory compliance, and due diligence for renewable energy developments. Her practice includes guiding projects through zoning, land use, and permitting issues for wind, solar, natural gas, and transmission facilities.
St. Louis
Dyan Fotiadis represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development projects, and public incentives. His practice also includes real estate-related matters in corporate transactions, secured lending, and mergers and acquisitions.
Amanda Rapp focuses her practice on impact-based public financing, commercial real estate, commercial lending, and corporate transactions. She has specialized knowledge in Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing and tax credit transactions, including New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits.
Dallas
Grant DuBois represents commercial and residential real estate developers throughout all phases of their projects, from initial planning through completion. He advises clients on negotiations, entitlement matters, financing, securitization, and closings.
Washington, DC
Denyse Zosa represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in a wide range of matters involving the natural gas, electric and crude oil industries. Her practice includes representing and advising clients on matters related to electric, utility, natural gas and crude oil pipelines, rates and services, as well as matters related to Regional Transmission Organization, transmission planning and cost allocation.
