Experience
Amanda represents a publicly traded specialty real estate investment trust in a variety of real estate matters including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases, conducting real estate and title due diligence, and aiding in asset management matters for properties used as movie theatres, waterparks, museums and resorts across the country.
Amanda represents various lenders in connection with Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing transactions and has closed numerous PACE financing deals in Missouri, Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Wisconsin, Rhode Island, and Utah.
She also represents lenders in the agricultural industry in connection with leasing and lending transactions across the Midwest and Southwest.
Amanda has represented various companies in connection with acquisitions, divestitures and mergers.
Amanda commonly assists clients in forming limited liability companies and corporations, drafting operating agreements and bylaws, and preparing a variety of other corporate governance documents.
She has counseled clients with the formation of non-profit organizations, including successfully receiving 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
Amanda has represented clients on real estate tax appeals with the Board of Equalization in the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County.
She has also successfully negotiated entertainment contracts on behalf of her clients.
