Our team brings expertise in NMTC deals of every size and project type, from construction and rehabilitation of transformative real estate projects to innovative operating business financing and small loan funds. We also structure and close transactions that combine federal NMTCs with other tax credits and incentives, including state NMTCs, federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits, federal and state renewable energy tax credits, PACE financing, brownfield credits, opportunity zone investments, and bond financing.
