Overview
Parker focuses his practice on the representation of investors and developers on deals involving (renewable energy) Investment Tax Credit (ITCs), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTCs), and Historic Tax Credits (HTCs). Parker also has experience with commercial leasing, opportunity funds, and equity and syndicated investments.
Parker advises clients on projects ranging from concert venues to low-income housing developments. He is adept at handling matters found throughout the lifecycle of a deal, from inception to post-closing requirements.
Prior to joining Stinson, Parker worked as a real estate associate at a large St. Louis firm where he represented clients in a wide array of real estate acquisition, lending, and leasing transactions.
