His practice spans patent, trademark and copyright disputes, unfair competition claims, Internet domain name matters, and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also advises clients on Intellectual property portfolio management and enforcement strategy.

Drawing on both private practice and prior service as in-house counsel to a multinational semiconductor company, Stewart approaches IP issues with a practical understanding of how intellectual property assets drive enterprise value. His educational background in engineering, finance and marketing informs his strategic perspective, particularly where litigation intersects with licensing, commercialization and long-term brand protection. He has completed Harvard Law School's ABOTA National Trial College and brings disciplined trial training to contested matters.

Additionally, Stewart is fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
