Stinson provides patent preparation, prosecution, counseling and litigation services over a wide range of biotechnologies including biological therapies, diagnostics, biologically produced molecules and agriculture, both in the U.S. and abroad. We also enforce our clients’ patent rights and defend clients against claims of infringement.
