Overview

With experience writing and researching on topics in a variety of industries, Michelle approaches real estate matters with a unique perspective. As a summer associate with the firm, she worked across industries including real estate, intellectual property, employment and labor, ERISA, and bankruptcy. A native Spanish speaker, Michelle is able to assist clients worldwide.

During law school, Michelle served as a student director in the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School, and as a legal intern for the Advocates for Human Rights in their Refugee & Immigrant Rights Program. She also brings experience with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees’ Regional Legal Unit for the Americas in Costa Rica, where she served as a legal intern.
