Michelle Cardona Vinasco Elected as Co-Chair of TCDIP's Emerging Leaders Group

Stinson LLP attorney Michelle Cardona Vinasco has been elected to serve on the board of directors of Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP) as co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Group.

As co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Group, Cardona Vinasco will work to advance the goals of the group, which includes continuing to build a more diverse and inclusive legal community in the Twin Cities. She will serve in this role for two years.

"I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve as co-chair of the Emerging Leaders Group and on the TCDIP board," Cardona Vinasco said. "It will be a privilege to get to contribute to such a dynamic and inspiring community, and I appreciate the opportunity to play a key role in fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and professional growth for diverse attorneys within the Emerging Leaders Group and TCDIP as a whole."

The Emerging Leaders Group provides business development, mentorship and networking opportunities for early career and mid-level diverse attorneys. The group also hosts a range of programs and opportunities designed to enhance leadership skills and create a stronger community of diverse attorneys in the Twin Cities metro area.

Cardona Vinasco is a commercial real estate and public finance associate in the firm's Minneapolis office. Prior to joining the firm, Cardona Vinasco served as student director of the University of Minnesota Law School Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic and president of the Latinx Law Students Association. She also served as a Stinson summer associate.
