Emmalie applies her engineering background to assist clients with the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications.

Overview

Emmalie is well-versed in all phases of the patent process and has worked within the fields of biomedical, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Prior to joining Stinson, Emmalie assisted with patent applications at the Office of Tech Transfer and Commercialization at Wichita State University.

Emmalie devotes much of her practice to preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications for technologies related to electrical support systems, construction fasteners, automotive parts, suspension systems, orthoses, medical devices and sporting goods.
