Donta Dismuke

Before joining the firm as an associate, Donta clerked as a Stinson summer associate where he worked on documents for securitization deals, and gained experience drafting various contract clauses and provisions such as organization resolutions, clauses and provisions for commercial lease agreements, banking service agreements, confidentiality agreements and escrow agreements.

While in law school, Donta also spent time working in the Civil Litigation and Advocacy Clinic Law Practice as a Student Attorney representing Central American families while investigating claims against the U.S. government.
