Andrew analyzes every detail so he can propel clients to their goals. Andrew primarily focuses his practice on representing clients in class action and complex commercial litigation matters throughout a variety of industries.

Experience

Andrew has represented and counseled clients in class actions and complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, financial services, healthcare, insurance, and product-liability matters.

Andrew’s experience includes drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs before a number of courts, including the Minnesota Supreme Court, Eighth Circuit, Ninth Circuit, and United States Supreme Court. He also has extensive experience working on federal multi-district litigation and mass tort cases.

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal appeals. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he teaches the school’s National Moot Court program and, in 2020, was awarded the school’s Stanley V. Kinyon Adjunct Teacher of the Year Award.

Prior to joining Stinson, Andrew worked at an international law firm and served as a law clerk to Justice David L. Lillehaug on the Minnesota Supreme Court.
