Stinson Partner Leiendecker Recognized as Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer

Press Release
09.15.2025

Minnesota Lawyer has recognized Stinson LLP Partner Andrew Leiendecker as a 2025 "Up & Coming Attorney." The award honors those in their first decade of practice who are already making significant contributions in the legal profession and community. Leiendecker is one of 35 recognized with this award in 2025.

Leiendecker’s selection underscores his creative legal strategies, command of complex federal procedure, and strong advocacy in high-stakes business disputes. He is a dedicated advocate who represents clients across the country in class action litigation and complex commercial matters. He has handled matters involving overlapping regulatory, tort, and reputational risks, and regularly counsels clients facing multi-party claims, aggregate exposure matters, and government-facing litigation. These matters have primarily involved claims against the insurance, manufacturing, retail, and energy industries, including claims for fraud, breach of contract, consumer protection, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and product liability.

"Andrew’s recognition is a testament to the tremendous skill and judgment he brings to complex litigation," said Todd Noteboom, chair of the firm’s class action practice group. "He has quickly become a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike."

In addition to his commercial work, Leiendecker maintains an active pro bono practice focused on criminal appeals, where he brings the same analytical precision and advocacy that defines his broader practice.
