Alexandra draws on her experience with enforcement agencies to assist clients in navigating complex litigation and enforcement matters.
Overview
Alexandra represents clients in class actions, antitrust, and commercial disputes across a range of industries, including insurance, transportation, and health care. She assists clients through all stages of the litigation process, from pre-litigation through appeal.
Alexandra also has extensive experience representing entities and individuals in investigations and proceedings before federal and state agencies, including the DOJ, SEC, FINRA, and state attorneys general. In parallel, Alexandra advises clients on the strength of their compliance programs and enhancements needed to mitigate risk.
Alexandra maintains an active pro bono practice and is most proud of having secured asylum for two Afghan refugees.
