Cali practices in the areas of corporate restructuring and complex insolvency and represents clients from a broad spectrum of industries, including charter airlines, real estate developers, homeowners' associations, government agencies, commercial real estate owners and developers, retailers and manufacturers. He also has extensive experience in litigation related to fraudulent transfer, preference and breach of fiduciary duty.

Goulder is a highly-rated trial attorney focusing his practice in the areas of professional liability, securities, banking, real estate, construction and other general commercial disputes. He is a core member of the firm's litigation practice in Phoenix and is a past member of the firm's board of directors.

Salerno brings global and international experience with out-of-the-box solutions to his work with complex commercial corporate restructurings. He advises clients from a variety of industries, including real estate and construction, sports and entertainment, aviation and aerospace, agribusiness and hospitality.

Williams is a nationally recognized trial lawyer and counselor. As a counselor, he focuses on keeping his clients out of court. Williams has defended clients in all aspects of their business, including commercial disputes, employment issues, and contract disputes, and has represented clients throughout the United States. Williams is a fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers. He is the current Phoenix office managing partner and a member of the firm’s board of directors.
