Stinson served as legal counsel to Kansas City development company Maxus Properties Inc. in its acquisition of The Isaac, a 266-unit luxury apartment complex in the fast-growing Frisco Square, in Dallas, Texas. The Isaac joins two other properties under Maxus' umbrella in Frisco Square, a 147-acre master-planned development that could encompass as much as 4.4 million square feet of multifamily, office, retail and municipal facilities.
"We are pleased to add another apartment community in Frisco to our portfolio," Adam Fletcher, vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for Maxus, said to the Kansas City Business Journal.
