Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel to Maxus Properties in Dallas Apartment Acquisition

Stinson served as legal counsel to Kansas City development company Maxus Properties Inc. in its acquisition of The Isaac, a 266-unit luxury apartment complex in the fast-growing Frisco Square, in Dallas, Texas. The Isaac joins two other properties under Maxus' umbrella in Frisco Square, a 147-acre master-planned development that could encompass as much as 4.4 million square feet of multifamily, office, retail and municipal facilities.

"We are pleased to add another apartment community in Frisco to our portfolio," Adam Fletcher, vice president of acquisitions and dispositions for Maxus, said to the Kansas City Business Journal. "We are excited to continue to strategically expand our investment in the high-growth north Dallas area and believe the addition of The Isaac will allow us to provide further benefits and amenities to our residents and tenants."
