Stinson Represents The Plains State Bank in Branch Acquisition

The Plains State Bank recently announced its pending acquisition of the Harper and Anthony, Kansas branches of BancCentral, National Association. Following completion of the transaction, The Plains State Bank is expected to have nearly $400 million in total assets. The parties expect to complete the transaction in the fall of 2022. Stinson served as legal counsel to The Plains State Bank.

The Plains State Bank is a Kansas-based bank with $260 million in assets across its western and central Kansas locations. The Plains State Bank recently opened a new branch in Liberal, KS and relocated its branch in Great Bend, KS. BancCentral, National Association serves communities throughout Oklahoma with multiple locations across the state.
