Stinson Attorneys Named to 2022 Colorado Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

Deborah Bayles, selected as a 2022 Super Lawyer® in the area of Real Estate. Bayles advises lenders on secured loan and lease transactions, including the financing of acquisitions and operating lines of credit for business borrowers, and acquisition, construction and development loans for real estate borrowers. Additionally, she is experienced in representing owners with the purchase, sale, lease and construction of commercial property.

Zane Gilmer, selected as a 2022 Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation. Gilmer is an experienced litigator with a background in securities, banking and compliance. He represents clients from a variety of industries in class actions, investment disputes, and other complex litigation matters. In addition, he provides compliance advice to financial services firms, marijuana-related businesses and other highly regulated industries.
