Stinson Advises Spire Inc. in Connection with the Sale of its Mississippi Natural Gas Business

Stinson LLP is advising Spire Inc. in connection with the sale of its Mississippi local distribution company, Spire Mississippi, to Delta Utilities for $75 million in cash. The transaction closing is pending, subject to satisfaction of certain conditions. Stinson team members included Jack Bowling, Jenna Hueneger, Rachel Owings Campbell, Jay Simspon, Charlie Hutchison, Sam Butler and Karl Phares.
