Stinson Advises Blue Ridge Bank and Trust in Merger with First National Bank of Omaha

Stinson LLP served as legal counsel to Blue Ridge Bancshares, Inc. and its subsidiary, Blue Ridge Bank and Trust Co., in its recently announced agreement to be acquired by First National of Nebraska, Inc. and planned merger of the bank with First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO). Founded in 1958, Blue Ridge Bank operates eight locations in Jackson County MO and is one of the leading independently owned community banks in Missouri with approximately $850 million in assets.

Partner Mike Lochmann led the Stinson team, which included Partners Greg Johnson, Sam Bulter, and Philip McKnight, along with associates Evan Murlette and Matthew Grimaldi.
