CrossFirst to Acquire Canyon Community Bank, N.A., Further Expands in Arizona; Stinson Serves as Legal Counsel

Stinson LLP serves as legal counsel to CrossFirst Bankshares, Inc., in its pending acquisition of Canyon Bancorporation, Inc., and its subsidiary, Canyon Community Bank, N.A.

The pending acquisition continues CrossFirst's commitment to expanding in the Southwest region with the addition of a branch in Tucson, Arizona. The transaction, with a value currently estimated at $15.1 million payable in cash and stock, is expected to close in the second half of 2023 and closing is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approval.
