Doug is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and has chaired its Complex Litigation Committee. Recognized by numerous publications as a top commercial litigator in Kansas City, Doug brings more than three decades of experience in trial work to a variety of settings and jurisdictions, including specialized work in the transportation, railroad, technology and manufacturing industries.

Experience

Doug handled the seminal Missouri Supreme Court O'Malley case which established attorney work product opinion protection.

Doug has represented a wide variety of clients throughout the United States in trials, arbitrations and appeals.
