Clients praise Todd for his ability to "quarterback" a real estate deal from start to finish and maximize the role of each stakeholder involved.
For each new project, Todd designs an effective strategy and puts together the right team. He is responsive, anticipates issues and provides practical advice, not just a legal interpretation of facts, to meet each client's needs.
Co-chair of the firm's real estate industry group, Todd is both a fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and a Minnesota State Bar Association Board certified Real Property Law Specialist. An active volunteer in Deinard Legal Clinic, Todd is a past recipient of the firm’s Pro Bono Service to the Indigent Award.
Before attending law school, he served as a captain in the U.S. Army. Outside of work Todd is a passionate distance runner and endurance athlete. He has completed 22 marathons and two Ironman Triathlons.
