Steven is driven to find creative solutions to his client's intellectual property law challenges.


With a focus on mechanical patents, Steven handles the preparation and prosecution of foreign and domestic patents applications. He also assists clients evaluate the patentability of new inventions and prepare opinions on patent infringement and validity. Additionally, Steven has experience assessing clients' freedom to make, use and sell their products in view of issued patents asserted against them.
