Reggie's experience as a federal prosecutor makes him a formidable advocate, offering clients invaluable insight in complex matters.

Reggie leverages his 17 years of experience as a federal prosecutor investigating complex crimes to provide strategic counsel and effective representation in internal investigations, corporate compliance matters, white collar criminal defense and civil trial litigation. He has significant courtroom experience, including trying over 20 federal criminal cases and arguing numerous appeals before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Reggie has extensive experience investigating allegations of workplace safety violations, employment discrimination, financial misconduct, regulatory noncompliance and health care fraud. He represents corporations, managers, officials, physicians, and company employees in high-stakes litigation and federal investigations involving alleged OSHA violations, Mine Safety and Health Administration violations, nuclear regulatory incidents, mortgage fraud and drug prescribing practices.

As a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Missouri, Reggie investigated and prosecuted corporate embezzlement, Ponzi-type schemes, investment fraud, public corruption, and other white collar crimes. Reggie also served as the white collar chief and led the office's Civil Rights Program, serving as lead counsel for major civil rights prosecutions. In his most recent role as executive assistant U.S. attorney, Reggie spearheaded initiatives related to the Department of Justice's Project Safe Neighborhoods as well as heroin and opioid initiatives in the St. Louis area.
