Miranda Swift

Miranda's practice focuses on matters involving bankruptcy litigation and debtor-creditor rights.

She joins the firm after spending two summers as a Stinson summer associate where she assisted on transactions involving securitization and bank branch sales, as well as assisting with bankruptcy issues.

While interning for the judges on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, Miranda had the opportunity to see various bankruptcy cases first hand. This experience furthered her understanding of the field and provided her the opportunity to improve her legal research and advocacy skills.
