Megan Adams

Megan represents clients in complex business disputes, securities litigation, and financial services matters in state and federal courts. She advises clients through all phases of litigation, from case assessment and motion practice through trial, appeal, and arbitration.

Her practice includes representing investment advisers, financial institutions, public and private companies, municipalities, and health care organizations in matters involving significant financial, regulatory, and reputational risk. Megan has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions in state and federal court, including obtaining dismissals of high-value claims and favorable summary judgment rulings that substantially narrowed or resolved litigation. For example, Megan argued a summary judgment motion in federal court on behalf of a major Missouri city in a case involving constitutional and federal antitrust issues and secured dismissal on several claims.
