Lauren advises financial institutions and businesses on commercial lending, equipment leasing and finance, and M&A transactions, guiding clients from negotiation through closing.
Overview
Lauren handles complex commercial finance matters and has represented originating lenders in multimillion-dollar credit facilities across the agricultural industry. Her leasing and finance work covers a wide range of assets, including solar power projects, grain handling and storage facilities, processing and manufacturing equipment, warehouses, and cold storage facilities.
Lauren regularly represents Farm Credit System lenders, commercial banks, and leasing companies, as well as borrowers. She works on the full range of financings, from asset-based, working capital, construction, and real estate loans to equipment and facility lease transactions.
Lauren also brings M&A experience to her practice in a variety of industries. She represents both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures of varying size and complexity.
