Krishma Desai-Soni

Multilingual in English, Hindi, Gujarati and French, Krishma assists local and international clients on matters pertaining to corporate laws and governance, compliance and more. She focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization. She has represented master servicers and special servicers in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions.

Krishma worked as a legal extern in various settings before graduating law school, enabling her to gain valuable experience in several practice areas. She worked on issues related to employment law compliance, proxy statements and 10-K disclosures for banks, as well as various corporate law issues including noncompete clauses and trade secrets.
