Kevin is driven to find creative solutions for his clients when it comes to tax credit transactions. He often represents community development entities, investors and project borrowers.


Kevin has significant experience with federal new markets tax credit (NMTC) transactions, including the required CDE certification application processes, various state NMTC programs and the historic rehabilitation tax credit. He is also a certified public accountant and worked previously as a lead auditor for a number of clients in the retail, distribution, manufacturing and energy industries before attending law school.
