Overview
Focusing her practice on intricate intellectual property matters spanning multiple industries, Julie brings a unique blend of legal and technical knowledge to her work. Julie’s computer science degree provides a strong foundation for her work in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and international patents, ranging from cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence to complex computer software and hardware.
Before joining the firm, Julie worked as a staff attorney where she practiced civil law. During this time, she represented clients in a wide range of legal matters in both state and federal courts.
During law school, Julie competed in the International Client Counseling Competition, representing the United States and winning first place in the 2018 competition. Julie also gained invaluable experience through her clinic work where she completed a two-day federal jury trial.
Not licensed in Missouri. USPTO Registered Patent Attorney and member of the Illinois Bar.
