Joseph uses his keen attention to detail to guide clients of all sizes through nuanced corporate finance transactions. He counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance matters, and cross-border transactions. He recognizes that no two businesses are the same and develops comprehensive solutions for each client.
Prior to joining Stinson, Joseph worked in the corporate and commercial transactions group for a national, full-service law firm.
