Overview
Jackson's experience includes representation of clients in energy, transportation, finance, technology, health care, and other industries in both litigation and investigation matters. He has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation in matters involving fraud, breach of contract, negligence, trade secrets, employment, and various statutory claims. Jackson also advises clients on environmental issues, including compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations, environmental cleanup and emergency response, and issues involving emerging contaminants such as PFAS.
Earlier in his career, Jackson practiced litigation at an international law firm, focusing on investigations and commercial litigation.
