Overview

Greta is a dedicated litigator serving her clients by developing strategic and actionable solutions to complex legal challenges. Drawing on her years of experience working in the Missouri General Assembly, Greta helps clients navigate the legislative process, develop policy strategies, and challenge enacted laws. Greta frequently advises clients on the process of proposing amendments to the Missouri Constitution, including both drafting proposed amendments and pursuing ballot title challenges. Greta has represented clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court.

In addition, Greta routinely provides employment counsel to clients, offering guidance both on proactive compliance issues and formal litigation. She also guides clients navigating Missouri's healthcare regulatory landscape, including Certificate of Need applications and institutional certification requirements.

Greta likewise focuses on products liability litigation involving alleged manufacturing and design defects. Greta routinely analyzes intricate medical and technical evidence to address critical issues of legal and scientific causation.

Prior to joining the firm, Greta served as executive director for a workforce development nonprofit organization that continues to help unemployed and underemployed individuals establish careers in the construction industry. She also worked as chief of staff in the Missouri General Assembly serving elected members of the Missouri House of Representatives and Missouri Senate.
