Overview

Greg brings extensive experience in providing legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, including public and private companies, family-owned businesses, financial institutions and industry leaders. He has advised on complex financing arrangements, business valuations, banking services, company formation, governance, workouts, and foreclosures, offering valuable insights to his clients.

Additionally, Greg has assisted in transactions ranging from million-dollar deals to complex multi-billion dollar transactions, demonstrating his ability to navigate legal complexities and find practical solutions for his clients.

During law school, Greg served as an executive board member of Stetson's Black Law Students Association, interned with the American Civil Liberties Union and served as a volunteer in Stetson’s Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy. He also spent time in the Netherlands studying at the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. Greg is deeply committed to helping young people, and to that end volunteered as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem in the 6th Judicial Circuit where he acts as a “next friend of the child” in family law matters.
