Emily takes a hands-on approach when finding legal solutions for her clients, providing unparalleled direction for even the most complex litigation.

Overview

Pragmatic and driven for success, Emily assists her clients in every phase of the litigation process. She has experience working with clients on a variety of business litigation issues, including employment, defamation, breach of contract, and other complex matters critical to company success.

Before joining Stinson, Emily worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Kansas City, Missouri and interned with several government offices and judges throughout Missouri.

Experience

Emily provided the defense for a major city through every step of litigation. She gained valuable experience by drafting and filing pleadings and motions, researching and analyzing complex legal issues, reviewing document production, conducting depositions, presenting oral arguments, and preparing for trial in state and federal court. Outside of the courtroom, Emily has experience providing risk management for her clients and finding alternative resolutions through mediation.
