• Represented a developer/owner in structuring, financing, leasing, constructing and ultimately selling a 90,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation center on a major Tampa hospital campus.
• Represented the equity member in a 160-bed ground up development of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital on a large Houston medical campus.
• Represented a fee-for-service developer in its construction of a medical complex exceeding 200,000 square feet in The Villages, Florida.
• Represented the joint-venture buyer of a 27-asset commercial medical portfolio.
• Represented a developer/owner to develop a 62,000-square-foot medical facility in Pennsylvania and its recapitalization with a leading national private equity investor.
• Represented equity member in a 63,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation facility in Nevada, master leased by large US health system.
• Represented a developer in all aspects of the development of an 85,000-square-foot hospital in Delaware substantially leased by one of the largest children's health systems in the US.
• Represented a developer/owner in the development of an approximately 60,000-square-foot medical facility in Pennsylvania, and its subsequent disposition to a real estate investment firm.
• Represented a developer/owner in the acquisition and turnaround construction of an approximately 85,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center in New Jersey and its subsequent recapitalization with a leading private equity company.
• Represented developer/owner to capitalize and develop of three Phoenix health care real estate facilities master leased by one of Arizona's largest health systems.
• Represented design-builder in all aspects of constructing a 100,000 square foot facility in Ohio, owned and occupied by MetroHealth.
• Represented redeveloper/owner to purchase and reposition two Maryland medical facilities exceeding 100,000 square feet and syndicate ownership interest to physician tenants.
• Represented developer/owner in all aspects of developing a master-leased, 25,000 square-foot medical facility and its later disposition to a private equity company.
