Anthony is as comfortable analyzing a company’s financial statements as he is a legal brief.

Overview

With an interest in economics and a background in forensic accounting analysis and securities fraud investigations, Anthony represents debtors, creditors, trustees, committees and purchasers of distressed assets.

Anthony also represents charter airlines, homeowners associations, real estate developers and those in the retail and manufacturing industries in bankruptcy, related litigation, out-of-court settlements and workouts. As a consultant, he worked on a wide range of cases, assessing litigation damages and exposure.

Experience

In addition to his experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, committees and others, Anthony handles fraudulent transfer, preference and breach of fiduciary duty litigation, including on appeal.

Anthony’s experience working at a national consulting firm on economic damages cases involving breach of contract, insurance claims, personal injury, and stock options back-dating makes him a particularly well-rounded legal advisor.
