Stinson's Michael Kaplan Recognized in St. Louis Small Business Monthly's "Top 100" Edition

Stinson LLP Partner Michael Kaplan has been named to St. Louis Small Business Monthly's 2023 "Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business" list.

The "Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business" recognition is selected by key executives, financiers, notable achievers, connectors and other business-community leaders. Kaplan was selected by a group of judges based on his contributions to the area businesses and the overall business community.

Kaplan concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and estate and succession planning. With regard to mergers and acquisitions, Kaplan has negotiated transactions dealing with all aspects of stock purchases, mergers, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, buyouts, recapitalizations, spin-offs and reorganizations. Kaplan serves as managing partner of Stinson's St. Louis office and is a member of the firm's Board of Directors.

Kaplan will be recognized as one of the "Top 100 St. Louisans to Know to Succeed in Business" at an awards luncheon during the St. Louis Business Expo on Wednesday, May 10.
