Stinson’s Bank M&A Attorneys Advise farmbank in its Merger with Peoples Savings Bank of Rhineland

Stinson LLP is representing Green City Bancshares, Inc. and its bank subsidiary, farmbank, in their merger with Rhineland Bancshares, Inc. and its bank subsidiary, Peoples Savings Bank of Rhineland. The merger brings together two community-based Missouri banks, resulting in a combined financial institution with $757 million in assets and 125 employees across 15 locations.

This merger allows farmbank to offer its customers a broader range of products and expanded digital capabilities while maintaining local relationships and personalized service. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is anticipated to close before the end of the year.
