Stinson Represents UCSB Financial Corporation in Uinta Bank Acquisition by Tanager Bancshares Inc.

Stinson LLP served as legal counsel to UCSB Financial Corporation, the holding company of Uinta Bank, in an acquisition of Uinta Bank by Tanager Bancshares Inc. The transaction, which closed March 31, 2026, involved two mergers that resulted in Tanager Bancshares Inc. acquiring Uinta Bank. Following the closing, the bank will be renamed Tanager Bank and expand its operations into Jackson, Wyoming.

The acquisition, previously announced in October 2025, was completed following customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. The acquisition brings a Wyoming-chartered, FDIC-insured, full-service banking institution to Teton County while providing enhanced banking technology to the existing Uinta Bank clients and communities.
