Home Exchange Bank, based in Jamesport, Missouri, recently announced its pending sale to Bethany Bankshares, Inc. and BTC Bank, based in Bethany, Missouri.

Home Exchange Bank was founded in 1925 and has reliably served the Jamesport, Gilman City, and Oregon (MO) communities through its full range of banking services. Founded in 1919, BTC Bank is an agriculturally-focused community bank committed to helping individuals, families, businesses and farmers thrive in their communities. The combined institution will have approximately $860 million in total assets.
