Stinson Attorney Jeffrey Schlerf Appointed to Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association Board of Directors

Stinson LLP attorney Jeffrey Schlerf has been appointed to the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association's Board of Directors. He will also serve as chair of the Community Service Committee. In this role, Schlerf will oversee the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Pro Se Assistance Clinic, a nonprofit charitable organization staffed by volunteer attorneys in collaboration with the association.

The Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association is a voluntary organization with members representing debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy. It promotes professional development through educational programs and supports pro bono initiatives to benefit the Tampa community.

Schlerf is highly regarded both inside and outside the courtroom for his advice and advocacy in creditors’ rights, financial restructuring and corporate reorganization matters, as well as for his deep knowledge of the sports industry. His clients include creditors, debtors, committees, trustees, purchasers and other parties in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including in cases involving sports organizations.
