Stinson Advises Two Harbors in $260 Million Common Stock Offering

Stinson advised Two Harbors Investment Corp, in a registered offering of its common stock resulting in gross proceeds of $260 million.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan were joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities LLC was co-manager.

Two Harbors is an Agency + MSR mortgage real estate investment trust.
