Stinson Adds Attorney Theo Thompson, Expanding FDA Regulatory and Health Care Capabilities
Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome attorney Theo Thompson to its Health Care & Insurance Practice Division. Based in the firm’s Minneapolis office, Thompson brings a blend of legal and industry insight that guides clients through the regulatory and business challenges shaping the ever-evolving health care industry.
A seasoned attorney and advisor to global medical technology companies, Thompson focuses his practice on helping clients navigate the intersection of law, regulation and innovation. He is licensed before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and advises pharmaceutical and medical device companies on developing and maintaining quality systems that support compliance while advancing operational goals. He also holds the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) credential, reflecting his deep understanding of data privacy and security requirements in the health care sector. Working with clients at every stage of growth, Thompson brings clarity to FDA, HIPAA, and False Claims Act regulatory requirements, helping clients avoid risk and move forward with confidence.
